Blanco Clarito
Our Blanco Clarito is bottled in our Colonial Hacienda, in Cabudare, Lara where ”La Capilla” was founded in 1793. It goes straight into the bottle after the distillation process finalizes. "Clarito," as its traditionally referred to in Venezuela, is a Cocuy that does not go through any aging.
It showcases a refreshing, mineral taste, followed by a smooth and sweet finish with notes of apples and pears. This Cocuy surfaces the musky flavors of the wild mountains it grows on for up to 12 years.
Reposado
Our reposado is bottled after aging in our Colonial Hacienda, home to “La Capilla.” It spends 2 months aging in rum barrels before going back into glass to rest for 12 months.
With more notes of jasmine, our reposado is warmer and buttery to the lips on the first sip, followed by the classic smokey taste from our earth ovens.
