Our Story

At Cocuy La Capilla our mission is simple: to share our Venezuelan Agave with the world. Our 100% Wild Agave spirit was born in our family’s colonial hacienda from 1793, home to a national heritage chapel that inspired our name, La Capilla. We decided to create the truest and most respectful elaboration of the ancestral and artisanal Venezuelan Cocuy.

La Capilla Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1.5 fl oz Cocuy La Capilla Blanco
  • 0.8 fl oz cucumber syrup
  • 0.5 fl oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 fl oz dry prosecco or cava

Instructions

Add Cocuy La Capilla Blanco, cucumber syrup, and lime juice to a wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Top with prosecco or cava. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
